Paul Munday – IFA & Managing Director

Paul started his career in Finance over 25 years ago with Legal & General in the Direct Sales area and progressed to leading his own team of sales staff.

After realising that clients would benefit more from
receiving Financial Advice from across the whole market place, he set up his own Independent Financial Advisory practice in 1987, which is now Fiscal House Limited.

Paul believes in giving clients an ongoing service with regular reviews to keep clients up to date with their portfolios.

Qualifications: FPC 1, FPC 11, FPC 111, CeMap, CELM, HR1.

Elaine Munday – Director & Human Resources

Elaine is the wife of Paul and is an important part of the background work within the business.

Trained as Nursery Nurse at Ipswich General, Elaine moved to Portsmouth and began working in retail for many years before marrying and starting a family. As the practice grew, Elaine took C.L.A.I.T.S. course at Southdown College and started to assist the practice with computerised bookkeeping.

Over the years Elaine has become a major part in the business and deals with all aspects of the accounts and bookkeeping, as well as being the Company Secretary.

Client Account Managers

Sara along with Anthony deal with clients on a day to day basis and assist Paul on the
preparation required for clients appointments.

Sara Pountney – Clients A-M

Sara studied at Havant College in RSA Typing, English and Business Studies. She went to work for the Woolwich Building Society as a cashier and progressed up towards Branch Manager. Taking time out for her family, Sara joined the business in 2009.

Anthony Pearson – Clients N-Z

Anthony studied at Bourne Community College thereafter working in retail until settling into finance.

He has worked with Fiscal House Limited since 2006 and under Paul’s tutelage, is currently working towards gaining a full qualification as an IFA.
